Who are we?

Carlyle Property Management focuses on managing quality residential rental properties in South East London.

What makes us different to others? We are property owners ourselves; we own a significant international rental portfolio. Our experience and skills in property management are second to none.

We aim to provide excellence in property management services. For us this means having high quality long term tenants living in and looking after our clients' residential rental properties; managing blocks of flats to a high standard so freeholders/leaseholders attract and maintain quality tenants to their individual flats; and enjoying an excellent and respectful relationship with all our landlord and tenant clients.

We are not the biggest property management company in the area. Rather, we work with a select group of landlords who want to offer a premier property management experience to their tenants.
