We are very experienced property owners, with a significant international property portfolio located in England, Scotland and New Zealand. We manage all our properties from our London office, and we pride ourselves in having respectful and lasting relationships with our tenants. As a result, 99 percent of our tenants remain as long term tenants, pay their rent on time, and look after our properties. The perfect tenants!! All the while, our property portfolio increases in value, just as any landlord wants it to.

As well as managing our own properties, we manage a number of London residential properties on behalf of other building owners. We have a network of trusted tradespeople that we work with and have various alliances with other advisers, consultants, lawyers and accountants.

We have systems and processes in place to ensure every aspect of our property management service runs perfectly smoothly. Our reporting and communications systems are second to none. We believe that excellent communication is the key to lasting and respectful relationships between all parties.

As a small company, our overheads are low, therefore our property management fees are fair to both parties, yet reflect the excellent service we offer.
