What we offer
We are experienced managers of blocks of flats. We will manage your block of flats as if it were our own. For us, this means:
- Having high quality financial reporting systems in place (budgets, management accounts and audited year end accounts). We also fully manage all bank accounts and payment of service charges.
- Providing company secretarial services to the freehold owners.
- Establishing and managing proactive regular maintenance schedules as well as planning for any long term maintenance projects.
- Undertaking regular visits to the block to ensure tenants are keeping the block in good order and contractors are performing work to our accepted standard.
- Ensuring there is excellent communication between all parties - freeholders, leaseholders and tenants.
- Responding to all emergencies urgently.
- Assisting freehold owners and leasehold flat owners to achieve the financial returns they expect on their investment.
